Rehabilitative Manual Therapy is a gentle, hands on approach that focuses on structurally balancing the body to remove obstructions and restore motion. This impacts the body’s circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems so that the body may function optimally (operate, regulate and heal) alleviating pain and other dysfunctions. Therapy considers how each patient’s body is built (anatomy) and used (physiology). There is a focus on the relationship between structures to address the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
“Does not Nature, with a knowledge of the machinery, offer a more reliable system of locating cause by adjusting that machinery so that it can remove the cause and change effect?”
